Tracking my 2007 fantasy football picks

Playing the little guys tonight

Dec 14, 2007, 5:50pm | Posted by Steve

Both of the teams playing in tonight's Division I-AA (or whatever the hell they want to be called these days) championship have peaked at the right time of the season. Appalachian State looked fantastic on offense last week, though, and I don't believe there are many small-school teams that can hang with them when they're running like that. I'll make my bet on them tonight.

ACTION: 12/14

I-AA Champ.: Appalachian St. (-5.5) vs. Delaware
I-AA Champ.: Appalachian St. vs. Delaware (Over 14 1Q)

I've seen nothing to make me think Delaware can stop the Appalachian State offense, and very little to make me think the Mountaineers want to stop scoring. I'll make a small half-unit second-half play here.

12/14 Added play

I-AA Champ.: Appalachian St. (pk 2H) vs. Delaware
