A very Brady MNF
I'll go on record as saying I think the New England Patriots will lose a football game this season. That loss won't come tonight, though. The Baltimore Ravens have a hard enough time scoring any points as it is, ranking 26th in the NFL in points scored, let alone against a fourth-ranked New England defense that didn't play up to standards in the first half of last week's scare from the Eagles.
The Patriots, on the other hand, are coming off a subpar week where, for the first time in 2007, Tom Brady didn't play razor sharp. I don't expect that'll happen two weeks in a row, and if he's back and playing at the level he has for the rest of the season, there'll be a lot of points scored for New England.
I'll put my trust in a Brady return to form and in coach Bill Belichick to try and make another statement of dominance with this game.

I can't believe the opportunities the Patriots have missed all game long — dropped passes, sloppy offensive line play, but New England is still hanging around. With a team this good, if they're not put away, I like their chance to win. I'm making my biggest bet of the season — large enough to make me more than a little nervous, truth be told — on a nice live-betting opportunity I've got. The Pats are down by 7, but I'm taking them to win.
