A person could do dumber things than to blindly bet the Over in any given WAC game. That's not what I'm doing tonight — betting blindly, I mean — instead I'm taking the Over because both coaches tonight love to pile on the points whenever their team gets national TV exposure. It really wouldn't surprise me much if Boise State and Fresno State have gone over the 63 points by the end of the third quarter.

Of course I've been so far from right this college season that this bet may guarantee a 10-3 game.

While I'm waiting for the game to come on I'm listening to Backspin, the old school rap station on Sirius. Feels right to have NWA pumping on a Friday evening.
