There's not a large slate of NFL plays for me today, and that's probably a good thing. I could likely benefit by being more selective in college as well.

All morning long I've been trying to talk myself into making these two bets, but I just haven't been able to find real reasons to do so. So they remain no-plays, but I won't be surprised if they come through.

It's a massacre in Miami. The Patriots are up 42-7 at the half, and I think they'll slow things down after intermission. But not until the fourth quarter. So I'll take the Pats on a 3Q bet.
