Second-half MAC matchup bet
After watching the first half of tonight's Toledo/Northern Illinois game, I tend to think the fog isn't going to be much of a factor after the half. It looks like it'll roll out soon, and that makes me like the Over 23.5 after intermission. I'm on it for about a unit and a half.
