8pm: Texas looks to be on the verge of breaking Oklahoma State's spirit, so I like the odds of the second half turning into a rout in favor of the Horns. So I'll put a half-unit on Texas to outscore the Cowboys by at least 7 after intermission.

4pm: Colorado has packed it in, for the game and for the season, it looks like. I'll try to recoup my full-game bet on the Buffs by taking K-State +3 in the second half. There's a chance I could lose both sides of the bet, but with the way Colorado has looked, I'm willing to take that chance.

3:40pm: UNLV is playing a ton of freshmen today, and TCU looks to be getting its offensive in groove…by TCU standards. I'll take the Frogs in the second half.

2:30pm: Iowa State is flatter than a supermodel today. I'm going to try and recoup my full-game bet by riding with Kansas +3 in the scond half. I also like a fired-up NC State team at home to hang in there against a shaken GaTech.

Good grief, was I on the wrong side of last night's Army/Air Force game. I had bet Army to stay within 6, but they ended up getting blown out 43-7. Funny thing was, even after Air Force exploded for 36 points in the second quarter to go up 43-0 at the half, I still almost won the Under 48 bet I had on the game. Army scored a trash-time touchdown with a couple of minutes remaining to screw me out of breaking even on the night.
