What do the Vikings have against field goals?
That was certainly a tough loss for me. It was clear that my half-unit bet on the Vikings was a loser early in the game, but I had a real shot at winning on my full bet on the Over 40. But the game had three turnovers in or just outside the end zone, and the Vikes played for pride at the end and went for a TD on a 4th and 11 play, instead of hitting an easy field goal that would have won that bet for me. So that one stung.

I love this time of year, as they start playing college football on Tuesday and Wednesday nights, in addition to the Thursday and Friday night games. Tomorrow Alabama-Birmingham plays SMU. Don't know that I will put any money on either side, but I'll enjoy watching.
