I won, but Cowboys can't
It's always nice to get a win on Monday night. Sort of puts a person in an optimistic frame of mind as they're studying betting lines for the weekend.
They can't be feeling optimistic in the Dallas Cowboys front office, though. Drew Bledsoe looked terrible trying to quarterback the team. Tony Romo didn't look much better. Things are not looking good for Dallas for the next couple of years, since they haven't been taking QBs in the draft.
10/23 RESULT
Giants at Cowboys, Over 42 - Win, $35.10/$30
(For final score, see the season record page.)
Speaking of studying lines for the weekend, you may notice I've already placed a few bets for Thursday and Saturday. I'm thinking pretty seriously about doubling up on that BYU wager, and I'm also looking very hard at taking Texas/Texas Tech to go Over 55.
11:30pm: I did double up on my BYU/Air Force bet, putting another unit on BYU and buying the hook this time.
